I’ve read the reviews before I moved in however I assumed I wouldn’t have any issues and I was sadly completely wrong the condition of my apartment during move in was completely Despicable there were holes in my sink the main door lock is and was broken the vents are old and rusted my friends daughter was injured on a vent I’ve complained multiple times they don’t fix anything and are lazy my kitchen sink didn’t work upon moving in and I had a whole in it it wasn’t fixed until too months after and I’m still having problems w... read more

RecommendedI have lived in this apartment community for several years now and overall the neighbors are nice, and the buildings are well maintained. My only complaint is the thin walls and floors in the apartments. You can easily hear your neighbors conversations or playing music at a soft volume. The complex is located in a great area and excellent school district.
Walls are way too thin. Can hear all conversations and activities of neighbors above you or on the side of you. Dog barks not stop for 4-5 hours straight. People having sex, banging so hard that it appears they are coming through the ceiling. Neighbors slamming doors causing apt to shake which does not allow wall hangings to stay on the wall. Probably the worst place you could live.
The community events at Eagle Creek have been the highlight of my living here. I have had the opportunity to meet new people and enjoy fun events with great food!
