Very nice people to talk to, however they aren't very good at taking care of issues when they arise. I received an aerator / control panel along with the septic tank. The panel which was sent out had a switch on it which was stuck in the on position, potentially causing a fire hazard. I was told by Midwest Eagle the panel was not covered under the warranty..? That said, I still offered to pay for a new panel and I've literally been ignored after calling weekly for the past 3 months. I hope I can find another distributor in t... read more
