I can never get into my account after I sign in. The beta system that they use is slow and it does not load your account ——even on refresh, it’s like every time your get a deposit it’s impossible to access your account.
Opened my account less than 2 months ago. I have visited the G.G. branch 3 times since then. So far all 3 visits have been excellent. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the member service through the mobile banking app. I communicated with a representative through the app about setting up a travel notification, which I was assured was set. Fuimos con mi esposo y una persona que nos atendió nos hizo perder el tiempo para luego decir que no se puede y tenía pagos que hacer y tube que pasar con otra persona porque ella no quiso recibir el pago y no acepta pagos automáticos están retrasados
