I’m writing this review with a heavy heart after my recent experience with Eagle Community Credit Union. As a non-profit institution, I expected empathy and support, especially during a challenging time. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling deeply unsupported and disheartened. Despite informing them of my job loss and the challenges I faced, my requests for help, such as waiving late fees, were denied. Eagle CCU has been a wonderful experience over the years with 2 Auto loans, checking and Savings. I have had nothing but great service since applying for my 2nd loan in 2023 to today phoning in for some service questions with Ashley Kane, she was professional and very helpful.
