I used Eagle cleaning 6 months ago and was impressed with the quality of work performed. Last week, I made reservations for cleaning today. Last evening I called to confirm and asked time of arrival for today. Tom(owner) said he would get back to me. Today(4/7) I called @ 10, and Tom said they should be at my house then. I was then disconnected. Phoned back, no reply. Waited 2 hours, phoned, no reply. They never showed. 2 more calls to reschedule, no reply. This is not a cheap service, average $70-$100.
