Don't move here. They raise the price by more than 20%, charge you for maintenance but don't do any maintenance. They're friendly when they're showing you the place to rent, but when you sign the contract and go to the office to ask questions or complain, they treat you terribly. Don't move here.
Me and my family have been living in Eagle Chase townhomes for almost 2 years and I want to share my experience in this place, If I describe the environment it’s quiet clean comfortable modern and well maintained as well as the Management so very friendly response and professional always great and welcoming. Also the location is extremely convenient. Very close to most services and grocery stores..
1/7/26 Update: Almost positive they're manipulating reviews, three 5 star reviews within an hour around 1 pm on a Tuesday, four within the day. I would bet money those people do not live there, and if they do they were incentivized to post those reviews. 12/23/25 Update: They still don't include their $91/month extra fee on their advertisement and seem to be botting reviews from two women both named Janeisa with two five star reviews an hour apart that say the exact same thing in both reviews, "Chay was extremely helpful and... read more
We recently moved to Greenville, I chose the rental because its proximity to the schools. We love our unit, it’s like new, has all the amenities we need for our kids and pets. The staff has been really amazing too. I highly recommend Eagle Chase Luxury Townhomes.
Great clean development with beautiful green areas. Close proximity to Downtown and grocery stores. Office staff is friendly and their on call maintenance is also very nice. Very quiet, not a lot of people coming and going, an oasis sort of when it comes to tranquility.
