These townhomes are clean and new! They back up to multiple cute little suburbs, which are great for family walks with the dog. Also, only a mile from a GREAT Harris Teeter. 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. The only reason I deducted a star is because property management was changed over, and that process was a little rocky especially since we were moving in at the same time. Otherwise, it's been great!
Moving in was a breeze. Communication was exceptional! Ms. Tonya(Property Manager with MYND) went above and beyond to make the whole process really smooth for my family as we moved in from out of state. Thank you again Ms. Tonya, sad to see you go. My family and I couldn't be any more grateful for your assistance!
The townhouse manager Tonya is great to work with! She helped facilitate our process and made move-in seamless. She truly takes the time to get to know her people and ensure we have all of the right information! We are thankful for her guidance.
