Wanted to like this car spa. Can’t figure out how to actually use it; no signs anywhere. First thing you’re prompted to enter is a “wash code” after you’re supposed to select cash or credit. Don’t know what that is, again, no signs anywhere telling you what anything means.

Only one side of the soap was working. I don't know exactly how, but it left the soapless side... ? greasy ? I guess, is as good as any word to describe it?? I literally had to pull over and hand scrub that side's windshield with window cleaner to be able to continue driving. I paid for the most expensive package they offered. Total waste of money.

$16 and the soap dispenser or jets didn't even work. For that price I would expect them to do a good job on up keeping it and maintaining it to work as should but instead I find it disappointing and a complete rip off.
