I was completely ripped off by Eagle car rental in Las Vegas just before Christmas 2024. They charged me almost $5,000 for a 10 day rental for an SUV and when I tried to drop it off 5 days earlier they said they had a no refund policy. As a foreigner arriving from the UK I was totally taken advantage of. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. THE EMPLOYEE EXPLAINED TO YOU THE DAMAGES UPON YOUR CAR RENTAL RETURN AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGED THE DAMAGE. WE EVEN HAVE TO PAY MORE TO GET THE CAR WINDSHIELD FIXED BUT AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE THE EMPLOYEE CHARGE YOU ONLY 200$, WHICH WAS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
