Either extremely incompetent, or very dishonest. Every other negative review for maintenance reflects exactly my experience, and you can see the owner just replies like a bully, and I have no doubt he will to me. I brought a bike in because my brakes weren't stopping me, even after I adjusted them myself, and asked him to troubleshoot and let me know what the issue is.
