Winter time hours are a joke and customer service is terrible - bike shop somewhere else I should have never bought my bike here

I work across the street at Bardenay. I went here on a break, he fixed my flat tire in minutes. I paid for triple threaded, slime..they have held up several months now. I then went here to have the same done to my bike tire, although he was going on a ten day vacation in minutes with the store closing while he was gone, he took the time to fix my tire as it was my only transportation. I stopped into Eagle Bike this morning to have the breaks looked at on my electric bike since they weren't stopping me. He looked at my bike and said he could not work on it because he couldn't get it on a stand and had no suggestions on where to take it. I then rode over to REED' CYCLE. They came out and looked at the bike, told me to go through my warranty company and get replacement calibers, and they would be more than happy to fix them for me when the calipers came in.
