Super easy. Just find the unlocked & empty unit you want, put the lock on it, then go online and secure the unit. Clean and safe.
Highly recommend! User friendly website and very prompt responding. Most of my communication was with Paul, who was very accommodating. We rented a 10x30 unit in November and found we needed another large unit quickly due to our home selling very fast. I must admit I never bothered to read the rental agreement and they were willing to make adjustments for me when our situation changed.
