Jeff built an amazing dock for us, it has been a real game changer with our beach experience for the whole family. Top quality and tough enough to ride out the wildest storms. We purchased a new 30’ dock & 30’ ramp from Eagle Bay Docks in July and have given it a thorough testing this summer. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with and patiently answered all our questions in simple terms we could understand, and we had a lot of them. As a previous owner of two other dock brands over the years and having seen all the current dock products available in the Shuswap area, we are confident that Eagle Bay Docks provides the best system available today. We bought our dock 3 years ago based on recommendations from neighbours. We had an issue today when we got to the lake. I called Jeff and he was over in 15 minutes. He spent an hour fixing it right. Not many people or businesses take care of customers the way Jeff does. That's why we went with him in the first place and he continues to impress. Thanks again Jeff!
Eagle Bay Docks are amazing! Jeff did a custom design for our dock that includes a 10 x 15’ wing connected to the main 10 x 30’ dock, which gives us lots of room for multiple families to gather. The pontoon system makes the dock very rigid and stable in the water and even with multiple people on the dock it does not flex, move or sink in the water. I highly recommend these docks. We are so pleased with quality of our new dock. I am confident our dock will last for decades. It also has unbelievable floatation - there is very little movement even with the biggest waves. Eagle Bay also stands by their quality craftsmanship when there are issues - they responded to a call and addressed the issue in a very timely manner.
