We have purchased cabinet doors from Eagle Bay on two occasions, and the service was wonderful. The doors matched our other doors perfectly. We wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again, and have recommended them to others.
I purchased doors based upon the sample color provided. The doors received did not match the sample color. The Eagle Bay response was "too bad" it's within color variance. I cannot use these doors; they expect me to eat $600 because they purchase cheap thermofoil that is not consistent between batches.
This business was friendly and helpful until they got full payment and then they didn't want to know us. Part of the order was not fulfilled. I had clearly specified face frame cabinets all around with two lazy susan corners. Instead they sent frameless clips for the hinges. I sent an email and then had to call to get confirmation (even though they confirmed that they got my email).
