I totally understand that banks have made changes to their hours during this pandemic. However Eagle Bank has a very poor system for informing customers. I checked online last week that the Lexington branch was open I needed to open a new account. I already have one account there - regretfully. When I get to the bank there was a little sign on the door that said they were closed and you had to make an appointment. This week I tried again. Although I understand that this bank really cut back their hours during the coronavirus and I had to fill out a questionnaire upon entering the bank , the people at this location that work there have always been extremely friendly. Also when I could not figure out their hours that they were open I left a message for the bank manager and she returned my call The very next day leaving me a message telling me exactly when they were open.
