Sold me a damn lemon, car was not ready when i got there, they erased codes that popped up on my drive back to New York. Ive had to replace brakes, abs sensors, a whole transfer case and had to do the oil change. I bought the car back in NOVEMBER and I still have to fix all the damn body sensors. But please tell me how they sell quality cars.
Around 2021, I purchased a 2014 BMW X5 from Eagle Automotive. From the onset of ownership, the vehicle experienced repeated mechanical issues. While some initial concerns were addressed, additional problems continued to arise. I had a very good experience with Eagle Automotives on New Year’s Eve of 2025, my salesman Moe provided a great experience for me purchasing my fourth Mercedes. I purchased an E350 2 door coupe fully loaded. Ibrahim who is also a salesman was very helpful as well when I had to come back for something very minor. The manager also was very helpful with everything. Went In to look at a vehicle. Wasn’t even willing to negotiate on price. He came off rather rude. Plus the vehicle wasn’t even road ready. Definitely will not even consider going back in the future. Had he been a little more pleasant I might have stayed
