Amazing customer service, quick and efficient with the paperwork. I was actually surprised that I didn’t have to sit in the dealership for 10 hours. They had me in and out of there within an hour , I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for car with excellent customer service
I just purchased my second car and was pleased with the entire experience, actually blown out of the water. Everyone was so kind and I felt comfortable asking any question big or small! I got to test drive within 10 minutes of arriving but noticed an issue with one of the brakes and instead of selling me the car as is, Ibrahim let the supervisor know and they replaced all brakes and rotors no extra/hidden charge. Eagle Automotive was super easy to work with. They are knowledgeable about their cars and the financing process. I found a car on their website and just showed up at their lot. They made sure the car was clean, had an up to date inspection and even changed the oil while we were doing the paper work so that the car was ready to go. I showed up unannounced and drove away in the car in little over an hour. I would recommend checking out what they have to offer.
Excellent experience working with William! Very friendly, understanding, and helpful. Although I wasn't shopping for a car and just needed some help with dealership paperwork, William was still willing to go the extra mile and help out! Eagle Automotives will be at the top of my list when the time comes for a new vehicle.
