My wife and I bought a 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Eagle and were delighted with the customer service and attention! Only a couple days after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered an issue with the battery and Mo and Guillermo were fantastic about working with me to repair it free of charge, even though they didn’t have to. They were attentive and positive throughout the purchase and repair process and 100% trustworthy. I felt like I was in good hands.
*Update- My original post is below but as you can see the owners response did not address my issue. Yes I was upset that I had to go back to the bank for a new loan. That was because he was not communicating properly. He stated several times he would call me with an update and he never did. He also statewide several times it would be ready in a few day and it never was. I had to call him multiple times for 3 weeks to get an update. I went to Eagle Automotive to drive a car on July 13th 2025. I loved the car. My only issue is it had a small rattle coming from the dashboard. I told them I will come back to purchase the car if they fix that rattle. I got the financing from my bank and was told the car would be fixed within the week. It took 3 weeks and me constantly calling them for an update (no one reached out to me at all) and them telling me it will be ready in a few days every time i called, just for them to finally tell me they cant figure out where... read more
Classic scam. We'll advertise this really desired car, but when you get in, regardless of an appointment, it'll be in storage. You can't trust a phone call or janky AI. 'Oh man, people have been coming in for the car all weekend, but it's not here." Waste of time
I am pretty sure that they are a great company, but due to the lack of communication about purchasing a vehicle I am unable to say much else about their service. Due to my work hours I cannot talk on the phone, but I am very responsive through email. They were too until they quite literally ghosted me. Emailed again about a vehicle to confirm pricing and… crickets. Lost me as a customer.
