Got a coupon in the mail for an oil and filter change at a new shop down the street.I easily scheduled my appointment online. The gentleman who received my car when I dropped it off was very personable and professional. Nice guy. Same when I picked it up. The techs did a great job on my customer CR-V. We truly appreciate EAS! This was our first time having them do service, and I was impressed by their expertise, thoroughness, kindness, and pricing.
While I liked their customer reps, the service has been terrible. My car was brought in for an oil leak and they were able to fix that. However the hood latch release button on the inside of my car was broken. I did not expect that to happen as I have brought my car into a variety of mechanics and nobody has broken that button before, and if they had broken something, they’d cover it for free.
