Just picked up the car from Mike and the crew, and could not be any happier. After my dealership gave me an estimate of almost $5,000 worth of repairs, Mike ran me through the actual neccesities and his thoughtful reccomendations on what I really needed. He also presented me with a few different options and price points. This dealership is amazing. Ronnie went above and beyond of any car dealer I have ever worked with. I live in WV (over 3 hours from the dealership,) I bought the car paid a very reasonable price to get it delivered. Ronnie delivered it himself. After a few days of having the vehicle we noticed some things were wrong. He drove back to get the vehicle, fixed the issues, and drove it back to WV. I absolutely love the car, great price, and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend this dealership.
God I hate car shopping with a passion. Every minute is torture, I was sick to my stomach with the prospect of going through this again. RCC made it so very easy. Great selection of vehicles, easy to deal with, highly recommend this place. Don't get me wrong, I still hate car shopping but I'd come back here in a heartbeat.
