The owner is beyond crass! Super unprofessional. If you can actually catch him at the shop expect cigerette smoke, expensive service, and an attitude. After waiting 4 business days for a simple battery install that takes less than 15 minutes, i went somewhere else. On my way to the place that actually installed the battery i get a call from the eagle automotive owner with more excuses and needing more time.
