My boyfriend took my car instead of them letting him know beforehand it couldnt be done AS THEY KNEW A PART WAS BROKEN , they did the alignment anyways saying that they gave us the service we ask for … they overcharge & once we complaint my car was messed up (check engine light on , not going over 40 , bad alignment) they tell us “ oh yeah that part is bad maybe thats why “ BUT IF YA SAW IT WAS BAD WHY DO THE ALIGNMENT???? Don’t take ur car here they are scammers and don’t fix the issues or problems with their work they run from the problem and say they don’t speak English but definitely spoke English whe u took my money came in to get a four-wheel alignment on my car charge double the price for alignment compared to other places and then there’s no warranty. Beware! This guy is untrustworthy and unprofessional in every way! They will rob you of your hard earned money! And make up things wrong with your vehicle just to charge you. That's a guarantee! The need to be reported! He wants cash, zelle, and cashapp for payments! And he charges tax for labor and parts you bring in. Again the guy has no integrity whatsoever! I just went by to ask about having my headlight replaced. When I pulled up, there were three men outside, just standing. They look at me and start talking and laughing? I assume it’s a joke between them and proceeded. Two guys went inside. The other came to very briefly speak with me. He said he couldn’t fix it. You can’t fix a headlight? They are not responsible and they do a bad job zero zero zero stars the owner does not accept that he did a bad job, do not waste your time or money (they burned the boot of the axle)
