I bought an MSD alternator over 12 months ago, only started my engine with it about 3 months ago and have driven maximum 500km with it on and the brand new MSD alternator seized I'm not sure why. I took it in to eagle auto at padstow and the guy behind the counter couldn't care less, said well it's out of warranty no one is going to help you. Great range of performance parts. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. You may save a little bit if you buy online direct from the US, but at Eagle, you can touch and feel, and getting some advice from the boys.

I purchased a new 350 crate motor last year for my boat. I got less than 40hrs on the water before it threw a piston. The motor needs to be bored out & it's just out of warranty by 3 months. After ringing them about it they told me there was nothing they could do. Sorry Eagle Auto but an engine that old with hardly any use should last me a lot longer than 38hrs on the water. Lucky my mechanic feels sorry for me and is only charging me for parts but Eagle Auto won't even come to the party with parts.
