Really disrespectful.
They don't seem to ever have the part I need or they don't have any idea what the part is. Unfortunately, I always end up going to TSC or Oriellys for the part. Certain employees seem to be annoyed when I ask if they have a certain type of tool, while friendly to other customers.
My go to parts store. Please remember that not all parts will always be perfect which isn’t the fault of the workers. Such as the alternator I bought about a month or two ago has quit charging the all of a sudden but isn’t the workers fault as they didn’t manufacture it themselves. Customer service has always been great and is a marked change from other places. It definitely has the small town family atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed.
