Never again half as thick as I paid for. I know because it is cracking for 4 years and is coming up and is only a inch thick paid for 2

Thought we were getting quality work, but after the job was done, I called and wanted James to come over and discuss some problems/questions we had. He never came over and when I sent more text messages or facebook message - he did not respond. I continued to call/message and occationally was told he was on vacation (would get back to me when he got home) was sick (2-3 weeks with no call from him) then he is Out of Town on a job (still no visit from him).
