The technician that came to our home was rude and unprofessional. He tried using glue, duct tape, and 2x4s to stabilize the washing machine (due to it going off balance during the spin cycle). He left behind a complete mess, including glue and abrasions on the washing machine and cabinetry nearby. When I said the solution was unacceptable, he became very defensive and said I had no right to question his expertise. RecommendedI was so impressed with Steve! He was able to come the same day as I called. He took his time and knew exactly what to do. Steve’s so knowledgeable and I knew I could trust him. He was very fairly priced as well.
Steve is amazing!! He knows so much about appliances!! No matter what my problem is, he always gets it solved fast, and then helps me to keep problems from happening in the future. He is a lifesaver!!
We had a gas dryer that wasn't working and after telling him the brand and what was going on with it, he knew (well an educated guess) what the problem was. He had the part already on his truck. So about an hour total and our dryer was good to go! And the price was very, very fair. We will definitely be using Steve again! Thanks for a job well done, Steve!
Just a little shout-out.... Our washing machine was broken. We called around this morning to appliance repair guys. Some were $90 just to come & look, quoted $150-300 for repair. Then... This guy said $50 if it's the part he's thinking it is. (we weren't going to hold him to it) But it was!! $50, 20 minutes & my washer works. Super great guy! Here in Kaysville, keep his #!
I think he is such a wonderful and caring guy! He does great work and doesn't over charge you. He also gives you helpful tips to help you in the future.
More than fair price, and one of the only times I didn't feel like I was going to be ripped off- will never call anyone else again!
