Total Scam. I ordered a sign making template on 4-9-2021. They show it as having shipped on 4-13-2021. USPS still has not received the package to bring it to me. On 4-22-2021 They told me if it was not updated by 4-26-2021, they would reship. Now (4-28-2021) they aren't even responding to emails. This company scams people out of their money.
