Bad customer service. Spoke to Dave with Eagle and explained our situation- came recommended- Dave stated he could help us and would be here Monday - family left in the cold! Our Goodman Heater is 2 months old and the board went out. Dave has the part needed to fix our unit. We do not have a Goodman dealer in our area. Today, Dave called and told us he would not travel 2 hours and he doesn’t care - it is not his problem. The least Dave could have done is recommend someone since he committed to fixing the unit.
