I had my service there where they found expensive issues, that should have been picked up before the car was sold to me from another dealership. Cameron was so lovely and so so helpful directed me to the right place, and helped me sort out the situation. I am so grateful for the Nissan eager team, from the moment I drop off my car to picking it up to the help after, they are a wonderful and helpful especially Kayleigh! Thank you Nissan Eagers for making a stressful time much easier

Did an online booking and they cancelled on me saying they don’t take online booking. The customer representative was rude and unprofessional on the phone. Never coming back here , feel unsafe. I think he didn’t like my name. He said losing one customer is fine he doesn’t care.

Did an online booking and they cancelled on me saying they don’t take online booking on the day of the booking, very unreliable. The customer representative was rude and unprofessional on the phone. Never coming back here , feel unsafe. I think he didn’t like my name. Like he was playing a a game. On the phone He said losing one customer is fine he doesn’t mind or care. I wanted to but I didn’t swear cuz he was definitely not having a good day from the beginning. He’s not winning. He lost my money and wasted company’s time.

I am so glad I bought my car from Eagers and not from Keema Nissan Mount Gravatt , it’s been over a year I bought the car and Nick still gave me amazing customer service.
