I bought a new 2026 Nissan X Trail from the auto Mall Sam. The sales person was very good. However people above him did not do the correct procedure and I was not informed of how to pay for the car and any paperwork I needed concession discounts and by the time it comes to the cars nearly ready I didn’t have the correct paperwork which delayed me a couple of days and put a lot of stress on my wife and I

Got called to pick up my new car, but when I arrived the tint hadn’t been done. I then tried to organise a time for the tint three more times before it was finally completed. The rubbish from the tint install was left in the car. There is also bubbling under the display screen, which I’ve been trying to get fixed since picking up the car. I’ll now need to take further time off work and multiple trips to get this fixed. Not what I expected when buying a new car. There seems to be very little after sales service at this place.

Rhys and Kayleigh was wery helpful to get our gearbox issues fixed the same day so we could get back on the road as we are travelling around Australia from Perth Thank you

I had my service there where they found expensive issues, that should have been picked up before the car was sold to me from another dealership. Cameron was so lovely and so so helpful directed me to the right place, and helped me sort out the situation. I am so grateful for the Nissan eager team, from the moment I drop off my car to picking it up to the help after, they are a wonderful and helpful especially Kayleigh! Thank you Nissan Eagers for making a stressful time much easier
