Did an online booking and they cancelled on me saying they don’t take online booking. The customer representative was rude and unprofessional on the phone. Never coming back here , feel unsafe. I think he didn’t like my name. He said losing one customer is fine he doesn’t care.
Did an online booking and they cancelled on me saying they don’t take online booking on the day of the booking, very unreliable. The customer representative was rude and unprofessional on the phone. Never coming back here , feel unsafe. I think he didn’t like my name. Like he was playing a a game. On the phone He said losing one customer is fine he doesn’t mind or care. I wanted to but I didn’t swear cuz he was definitely not having a good day from the beginning. He’s not winning. He lost my money and wasted company’s time.
I am so glad I bought my car from Eagers and not from Keema Nissan Mount Gravatt , it’s been over a year I bought the car and Nick still gave me amazing customer service. Just want to thank Phoebe for being professional and very personable when I collected my wife’s Navara up from the service department. Also want to thank the gentleman who opened the doors early to take my keys as I couldn’t find the early drop off box. 10/10 well done. Thanks for the car wash great job. Cheers Mark
