Did an online booking and they cancelled on me saying they don’t take online booking. The customer representative was rude and unprofessional on the phone. Never coming back here , feel unsafe. I think he didn’t like my name. He said losing one customer is fine he doesn’t care.
Did an online booking and they cancelled on me saying they don’t take online booking on the day of the booking, very unreliable. The customer representative was rude and unprofessional on the phone. Never coming back here , feel unsafe. I think he didn’t like my name. Like he was playing a a game. On the phone He said losing one customer is fine he doesn’t mind or care. I wanted to but I didn’t swear cuz he was definitely not having a good day from the beginning. He’s not winning. He lost my money and wasted company’s time.
I am so glad I bought my car from Eagers and not from Keema Nissan Mount Gravatt , it’s been over a year I bought the car and Nick still gave me amazing customer service. Just want to thank Phoebe for being professional and very personable when I collected my wife’s Navara up from the service department. We purchased a New Demonstrator Navara from Eagers in December 2024. It was delivered with 10km on the odometer. A couple of weeks later when checking out the vehicle we discovered it had rust over parts under the body including through the suspension and of most concern in the Engine Bay. When we went back to Eagers they claimed they didn't know about this and it wasn't picked up in pre-delivery apparently, even though at a later date when wanting the parts replaced claim that rust is common on new vehicles and have stated ... read more
