My first time there & it was a little hard to find but one I did I found the fellow at the counter to be very helpful. I was quoted a price for floor mats at the newstead dealership & once I received them they were actually cheaper. The fellow at eagers parts saved me a few bucks & helped make sure the did fit my car. 5 stars for his effort.👍
Very good service
Alan Piper would be turning in his grave if he saw the customer service provided by this place. Pay people that want to do the job & pay them well so your customers don’t have to pay with their time waiting for employees that number 1 don’t care & number 2 haven’t got a clue what to do. My time is very important & everytime I come to pick up a part it’s a 15-20 min ordeal.
