Very good service
Alan Piper would be turning in his grave if he saw the customer service provided by this place. Pay people that want to do the job & pay them well so your customers don’t have to pay with their time waiting for employees that number 1 don’t care & number 2 haven’t got a clue what to do. My time is very important & everytime I come to pick up a part it’s a 15-20 min ordeal.
Ordered a part. Eagers took payment twice for the one part. No one was giving me answers and didn’t seem to care at all. Had to raise a dispute with my bank to finally get my money back. No timely update from eagers. Had discussion with managers, they make you think they care but in reality they don’t. Tried to say it’s a fraudulent charge but I paid with card in person.
