Made contact with Ricky to assist in the removal of an old fireplace flue and to correct/fix a leaking valley. Accepted the job then attended and reported he fixed the valley however repeatedly declined or avoided calls about the removal of the flue. Recent roof inspection from another roof restorer has discovered that the valley was only half adjusted/fixed, likely resulting in ongoing leaking despite Ricky saying the job was complete and taking payment. Do not engage Ricky in services
