The city contracted them to do some work near me, tree on a city lot, that was close to falling onto my shed. It took 3 months for them to get to it. They kept saying they would make it in a few days and kept not showing up. Not as eager as the name would suggest. I got the impression the city already paid, and they would have been happy to never show up had I not kept calling the city. The guy with the city seemed genuinely frustrated with them as well.
