We had used a different plumbing company in the past and had a recurring issue that we called Stan’s to help us with. Landry came out the next day with a camera scope and located the mass of roots that need extra work with the snake to completely clear the pipe. Landry is an awesome human being, very friendly and knows his craft. Well recommend Stan’s Plumbing to all our friends and family.
Had a leak from my shower faucet. They had someone out with in the day of the call.. They diagnosed the issue in mins.. scheduled the repair with in 48hrs.. they called me that morning told me they would be there shortly.. had a great time with the guys. Super respectful and did a great job explaining everything they were going to need to do. Had the job done with in a few hours. Great place for a solid repair.. appreciate all their hard work.
For some unknown reason, they will not give me a receipt I have requested multiple times. It’s been almost two months. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service on that part.
