Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and surgeons did an excellent job with my surgery and aftercare. A big thank you to everyone!
The EOSC team made surgery as good of an experience possible. Shout out to the amazing nurses, especially Jessie who got me prepped for the surgery. Very calm and professional.
I can't say enough great things about this facility and the care I received. From the moment I walked in the front door until I returned to my car, everything was seamless and organized. Every single, employee was friendly, professional and caring. My appointment was on time, and I honestly don't think there is anything I could say that needs improving. This is a top notch facility in every way.
Had an appointment this morning at 12pm for a follow-up for a knee surgery I had. First, I was struggling to walk with my waker and almost fell over. I asked an employee with a wheelchair to assist me inside and she refused, stating, "this is my wheelchair, you can't use it". She walked away smiling, as an elderly gentleman with a walking stick game to my rescue and limped inside and grabbed me a chair, and another gentleman in crutches held the door for me.
