This was a great spot before management sold to EIG Property Management in January of 2024. EIG got rid of our landscape crew and maintenance crew, and raised our rent. They imposed the max 8% late fee starting from midnight of the 1st, which I've never seen from a rental. They never hired a new landscape team and our garden beds and grounds look awful.
