I have Monday off so I decide to take my car for a tire rotation and check my brakes. I was not in the appointment list after I received the email notification confirming my appointment . The front desk person told me she call me but she never called. Anyway they made an excuse not to work on my car, claiming they would need the entire day to work on it.
I brought my tuck in on a short notice, and they were able to fit me in and get the job done quick. They were honest, and very fair on the pricing. This is a close and convenient mechanic shop for me, so im super glad that they lived up to the standards that I hoped for. The staff is awesome and friendly, and they walk you through all the details plus some. If any other problems occur, I will be coming back!!!
Got told by Honda my repairs would be $3,300. I went to Eagen and they were able to fix what was wrong for 1/10th the price and did it promptly. Brook and the team were incredible, answered all my questions. Anytime I need any car work done I will be coming back. No up charging or adding stuff for no reason just exactly what had to be done in 1 day, thank you again!
