I had high hopes, but this shop let me down. The repair took ages, and the final result looked rushed and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t suggest it to others either.
Scheduled an appointment for a custom exhaust on my 370Z. Showed up on time, but the shop wasn’t even open. Left my car as planned — was told it’d be ready in four hours. When I returned, nothing had been done. Then I was told the parts weren’t available, even though I confirmed that in advance. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
I brought in my BMW hoping for expert help, but they charged me hundreds for a diagnosis that led nowhere. The tune they performed didn’t work either. These guys clearly aren’t equipped to handle BMWs. Save your money and go somewhere qualified.
They had my car for way longer than expected — months, not weeks. And when it was finally returned, the quality was shockingly bad. Really regret choosing this shop. Look elsewhere.
Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. It took them several months to finish my car, and when I finally got it back, the workmanship was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
