First-class facility with an equally impressive positive energy. I dropped-in for a CrossFit class and was thoroughly impressed with the equipment and the people. I will be coming back whenever I visit this part of Maine again!

Update It’s been 2 years since I have been going and I still love going here! The community is the best part. We work hard and play hard. The best part is our intramural competitions. —————————————————————— I’ve been going here for over a year and I love it! The coaches are great, the workouts dynamic, and the community top notch. Perfect for drop ins and long-term crossfiters…
