Been waiting for someone to call and schedule my appointment for months now. What good is a referral if the doctor doesn’t want patients?
He listened to all I had to say and was in no hurry about it on that first consultation and quickly scheduled my gallbladder surgery and got rid of that thing for me laparoscopically. All went well and I had very minimal pains as I am recovering. Still a few weeks of lifting and tugging restrictions of 15 pounds or less. In addition to being a fantastic surgeon I think he is a very nice man as well and I have no hesitation in recommending him and his office staff.
Professional, explained procedure in layman’s terms very well, friendly, understanding, and follow-up was excellent!
Dr Eads has taken care of 2 different issues with me. He went above & beyond both times, though years apart & very different. He is patient, funny, nice, personable, understanding, & he cares about you as a person, not just a surgery candidate for his income. I recommend him whenever possible, hoping he can take care of whatever that person needs. I am blessed he was on call Christmas eve when I needed emergency surgery, & continue to be blessed to be his patient.
I recently had a hernia surgery. Was referred to Dr. Eads. Couldn’t be happier. The process was smooth, his staff was amazing. He took the time to tell me what he was going to do in terms that weren’t “medical jargon”. He made sure I had ample chance to ask any questions or air any concerns. The surgery went well and I am recovering comfortably. Thanks Doc
