This was the first time I had to deal with an insurance claim and from the first phone call to EADS Collision to the day I picked up my car, the lady in the office, Michelle, was so very helpful and friendly. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing but she helped me out tremendously. I’m so thankful for her and the folks here. Thanks for all your help.
