We purchased a van from Eadles Vans a year ago and was very happy with our investment Jake has a very impersonal personality that creates a more personal individual experience. However a year down the road we discovered when putting the van in for a service we discovered it had a wet belt instead of a cam belt and it requires replacing. We recently bought a van from Eadles and I can’t speak highly enough about the service and care that we received throughout the whole process. The van itself is fabulous and was extremely well prepared by Eadles, and Jake couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive, going over and above all expectations to ensure we felt happy with both our purchase and the part exchange process. We will definitely return to Eadles for future vehicle purchases and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
Just Brought a vw transporter from Eadle’s limited and had exceptional service from the 1st phone call to receiving the vehicle. Part exchanged 2 vehicles and got a price I was very happy with. Bruce was very honest and answered any questions quickly, he also dealt with all the paper work which was amazing. Will be recommending Eadle’s limited to everyone.
I recently bought a ford ranger from here. I found the sales process really smooth and Jake was incredibly helpful and professional. We did hit a bump in the road post sale, a delay in a part being delivered and an issue with DVLA. When a business has issues post sale it is easy for them to brush it under the carpet, avoid your calls and not resolve the problem.
