I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ead, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for over an hour beyond my appointment time. The waiting room was filled with many people (standing room only) who had clearly been waiting there for a very long time as well. Great experience. Caring doctor. Dr. Ead even called late in the evening to check on me after my 2 procedures.
I like Dr Daniel Ead, he is good, and professional. But I cannot say the same about the staff in his office, they simply are not willing to do their job. Once again - it is not a patient responsibility to call the ultrasound provider and to control if they send the summary results to the doctor's office or not; and to control your doctors' office if you received these results or not. You cannot put me as patient in the position to solve the issue of sending/receiving the report between you and provider. It is your job to ask... read more

Learned I had a 6cm kidney stone at the emergency room and was referred to Dr. Ead. He found I actually had 2, one that was causing the pain was in the ureter (and smaller one in the kidney not causing any problems at the moment to be dealt with at another time). He thoroughly explained everything, set up an appointment and removed the stone with a ureteroscopy procedure as an outpatient a few days later.
