Reached out to them multiple times regarding help with NDIS, told me they’ll email me the details, never did. Few weeks later called again and same thing, told me they’ll email me the details and never did. Grossly unprofessional.
Staff are fairly well trained, accomodation and facilities are nice, program offered is generally congruent to recovery to a certain extent. It sounds great on paper, it seemed the perfect path forward for me at the time. My experience was not a very positive one. Staff are amicable and voluble, though you learn quickly that you have to put on a front to feel stable in the program.
