Typical appliance service. Had to wait a week for the part. A little expensive.
We had the BEST experience here. We needed a new stove & checked this place out because friends recommended it. They were helpful (Dan) showing us all the stoves that fit our needs. He even encouraged us to check it out online & other places. They ended up being the best prices, with the BEST service. Their delivery team was outstanding! I can't say enough good things about GE Monogram Appliance Repair!
I was referred to Greg from a neighbor and I can't be more pleased. We were having an issue with our fridge and he made an appointment with us for the next day. He arrived on time (he provides a 2hr window) and even called to let me know he was on his way! Gosh..how nice it is to be informed. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair. The repair cost was reasonable, and tech was courteous and efficient. It's great to "know" someone to call when things go wrong and know that everything will be taken care of.
Refrigerator was not working properly. Called this place and they were here in less than an hour. Explained the service call charge right up front. Dad and son arrived, took everything apart. It was a simple repair and they did not try and advise tme to replace any parts. Honest and reasonable. They will be our go to guys for any repairs in the future.
Andrey is an honest, excellent resource for appliance repair. He was willing to take time to recommend good brands when I needed to replace my dishwasher. He was willing to work with my tenant and I for scheduling. He's a one man shop, so it takes a little bit of time for him to get back to you, but he's responsive and detail oriented.
