Same. They owe $6,200 and won't take responsibility. This should be illegal. Unless there's a bankruptcy that I'm missing, all responsibilities should transfer.

We have the same bad experince! Do not do business with these people! They owe us $42k and will not reply to calls, emails,, mailed invoices, etc. Closing Engineering America and opening EA Tanks was clearly a strategic move to skate on their debts.

Do not do business with these people!! They owe us $5k and will not reply to calls, emails, FB/LinkedIn messages, mailed invoices, etc. Closing Engineering America and opening EA Tanks was clearly a strategic move to skate on their debts. Who knows Tony Belden? Tell him to contact Denver Rubber Company asap!
