Communication and Time management are two crucial elements of a successful business especially one that specializes in remodeling. I made an appointment two weeks ago and was supposed to have an estimator (Alex) come out today for a consultation. I reached out multiple times at 5, 15, and 30 min intervals to check what the status was and if someone was coming with no answer or response. E&A did a wonderful/masterful job remodeling our primary bathroom and extending our primary closet. This was a complete gut job. They added windows in the wet room, fixed our attic floor issues, installed a new vanity, moved the plumbing, and installed 4 other bathroom/washroom counters. Overall, it was a great experience. Alex and his crew were great to work with. We had them remove 3 windows and a door and add a large sliding door and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. From the time he first showed up to give an estimate until the work was complete communication was very easy. At first we had a little different vision on the finish of the project, but Alex listened to what we wanted and made it look the the door belonged in that spot since the house was built in the 50s. 10/10 recommend and will be using E&A Remodeling in the future.
AMAZING! They just finished up our master bathroom and we could not be happier. Totally different bathroom! They did we work in a timely manner and always responsive. We called multiple people off thumbtack and off of google but we decided on E &A remodeling and we could not be happier. I will from here forward only use them for my home makeover needs. I am thrilled with the results of my entire house. E&A remodeled my living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Additionally, they added an entire new bathroom. Everything turned out beautifully. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate and plan with them, and they delivered exactly what they promised.
