We can't speak to any of the other reviews. We have experienced nothing but excellent service, good communication, and a group of people that want to help us. Whether we have needed help ordering repair parts, finish supplies, or assistance with broken equipment, we have always been treated above and beyond any other supply company. If you have reasonable expectations and understand how the supply chain works, you will be very pleased working with them.
