An avid distance runner, I went to EA Fitness to run because it was too hot outside for my liking. Nicole is professional and warm. She showed me around the gym that has everything that anyone would need to get a great workout with a welcoming feel. So grateful they are in business, I will be back.
Friendliest staff. Never considered myself a "gym class" type of person, but after I took a few of Abby's, I became hooked. Been taking her HIIT and strength classes for a few years now. Love that there isn't any additional cost for these classes, only Synergy is more. If you aren't into classes, no worries, there is a variety of cardio equipment, machines, and free weights. Never an issue with waiting. By far, the BEST gym I ever have been a member at!
