E&A Consulting boasts the ownership of the SWPPP for a grading project on the SE corner of 48th & Capehart. 48th Street north bound is caked with mud as is a short length of eastbound Capehart. While the onus is truly on the contractor to maintain BMP’s, this gives E & A a black eye. I like to post a photo of it for you to see, but this doesn’t seem to allow it.
