We’d been dreaming of adding a custom addition to our home for years, and this year we finally had the chance to make it happen. We hired a young contractor in York, PA, who exceeded every expectation. He was easy to work with, reliable, and consistently demonstrated high-quality craftsmanship. He built a 14x20 home addition with a crawl space for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We’re already thinking about adding a fireplace to one of the walls — and we know exactly who we’ll be calling for the job!
We would recommend Eric to anyone needing a great contractor. He's an amazing communicator and has great ideas.

I highly recommend EA building. He did a complete remodel of my downstairs ( kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom) . Pretty much did everything by himself. Electrical, flooring, installed kitchen cabinets and sink. Very pleased with his work.
