I sent Eric a deposit in good faith and he stole it from me. He failed to mention it wasn't refundable until after the fact, but did say before I sent it that I could apply it to something else. However, when I asked him to work with me as I recently was diagnosed with cancer, he blocked me. In the state of California, a business must state that a deposit is non-refundable. This means Eric, and in extension, this business may rip you off, steal from you, and break the law if it benefits them. These are not good people.

Always very friendly and helpful.... Ordered a couple parts through E5 and received them as fast as possible. Always willing to help out with any questions I have whether it be parts questions or technical questions. Great guy and great customer service

This dude comes with years of knowledge and experience Eric one time dropped what he was doing to come down and help me button up a forward reverse cable issue I was having! I also needed a hydraulic cylinder for my place diverter and he got it sent out to me same day and it arrived two days later Brand new in the package 🙂🙂🙏
