E3 is a strength and conditioning gym. We train using calisthenics, kettlebells, plyometrics, weight lifting, endurance, and overall functional training. The workouts are not easy, but they also can be done by just about anyone at any fitness level. Don't show up expecting another hour of 'just getting it done' fitness. Great workouts—never boring and always challenging! Perfect blend of cardio and strength with effective coaching and encouragement. Wonderful, supportive, inclusive and friendly atmosphere with good vibes. Highly recommend!
I was lucky to be intoduced to E3 by a friend who was feverishly looking for a new fitness home. Each work out is a challenge. I love the people! Everyone is working at different levels but simultaneously together. Lots the attention and personalized training when learning a new lift or exercise. Highly recommend E3!
