Great workouts—never boring and always challenging! Perfect blend of cardio and strength with effective coaching and encouragement. Wonderful, supportive, inclusive and friendly atmosphere with good vibes. Highly recommend!
I was lucky to be intoduced to E3 by a friend who was feverishly looking for a new fitness home. Each work out is a challenge. I love the people! Everyone is working at different levels but simultaneously together. Lots the attention and personalized training when learning a new lift or exercise. Highly recommend E3!
