Crashproof CrossFit is my new home! I started 3 months ago, totally out of shape, Couch to CrossFit style. The coaches are amazing and have helped me modify until I was strong enough to do the full movements -still in process, but 55 workouts in and LOVING IT! I highly highly recommend for everyone, no matter where you are starting! The coaching team and the CrossFit family will encourage you and equip you to meet your goals.
Love the coaches and all the people their that incurage each other to keep going.
