Robert Koubek, represented E3 Diagnostics company in a very professional manner. Robert was upbeat, kind, courteous and knew what he was doing, he explained in detail what was wrong with the machine and indicated what needed to be done.
Jay Feco is so professional and thorough. He answered my questions and saw to it all four of our locations were calibrated in a timely manner. His expertise is always on display. Very courteous and a joy to work with. kudos to Jay for a job well done. I have had another company once but prefer to work with Jay at E3 Diagnostics

Alex was very helpful with getting our machine back in working order. We had originally thought the machine was going to the trash. Excellent job helping us troubleshoot the issue over the phone and then following up the repair/service in person.
